How much weight did you lose last week?

I’m just curious – how much fat did you lose last week?

1 pound?

2?

None? (WHAT!)

And how long were your workouts? 45 minutes, 60 minutes, an hour and a half, two hours????

Remember that email I sent out not long ago asking for volunteers? Well a few brave souls contacted me and signed on, not knowing what was truly in store for them over the coming weeks. Did you think about it? Well it could have been you that lost 10 lbs last week!

"ARE YOU SERIOUS?" Yes I am. Each and every one of my volunteers lost weight in their first week of training. And one woman actually lost an amazing 10 lbs.

Did I mention the workouts are only 12 minutes long? Did I leave that out? Well they are – each workout less than 20 minutes.

I wonder how much weight they will lose this month. How much will you lose?

Want to know my secret? Want to get in on the most amazing and time efficient fat loss program?

Do you have 12 minutes?

If the answer is “yes” go to: http://www.methodevolution.com/
And let me know you want to lose fat, tone up, and get in great shape in 12 minutes a day!

Hotel Room Workout

I got an email the other day from one of my clients in desperate need of a workout while they are on busy travel.

They wanted something that would get them ready for the day, burn some calories and get a great training session in before a long day of sitting in a hotel conference room going thru meetings, etc.

Here's what I sent them as a very short training session that required nofancy training equipment and only about 20 minutes of time.

I told them to start off with a little joint mobility work to loosen up and then follow the next exercises in a circuit format with very little to no rest in between:
1. Jumping Jacks (100 reps)
2. Bodyweight Squats (25 reps)
3. Push-Ups (25 reps)
4. Jumping Jacks (100 reps)
5. Bodyweight Squats Jumps (25 reps)
6. Push-Ups (25 reps)
7. Burpees (25 reps)
8. Plank (1 minute)

I had them go thru this circuit as many times as they could in 20 minutes. Try this circuit out next time you travel. Perform this evolution first thing in the morning. Its a great way to fit in a training session before your day of travel and or meetings.
